Chaotic beautiful scenes of the Carnival in the Centro district, flooded from tremendous rainfall leading to passionate couples embracing each other dripping wet and over crowded subway stations bursting with drunk teenagers shoving each other towards the exit where friends meet to drink, smoke and party.
